I started my career real heavy at the age of four by playing children's songs on the old organ at home. In third grade I began playing the piano at a music school, but I found it quite boring so I quit after about two years. My interest in music was yet again awoken when I joined some friends in a band at a school of rock at age 15. From the beginning it sounded pretty much like shit but we had great fun and gradually improved, rehearsing a couple of self-written songs. Sadly, I didn't get to stay in the band long enough to play any gigs since I had such different musical visions from the others, which also happened to our drummer.
After this I started making music on my own in a bit more serious manner. Most songs can be placed under melodic metal, and I find a lot of inspiration in power, folk and gothic metal as well. I've also composed the music for a movie in a school project and a couple of very minor computer games. Then suddenly I heard my name being called on the local pub. Not that I remember exactly what happened, but I was somehow offered to join Winter Dawn. I accepted the offer without any real doubts because I had missed playing in a band a lot ever since I had to leave the old band.
